Inclusive per week:
bed linen - towels (per person: 1 big, 1 middle and 1 small towel), mocha coffee machine, dishwasher tabs - detergent - kitchen towels - toilet paper - soap - open parking or garage (Additional parking space must be reserved and will be charged extra), - heating - WIFI - Boots dryer. Additional bed linen and towels change will be charged separately.
 

Check-in: between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please notify us if you will arrive after 6 p.m. per Email, SMS or Whatsapp
Check out: on the day of departure we ask our guests to leave the apartment until 9 a.m.
 
After receipt of your written reservation and a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total stay, your reservation is binding.

Cancellation: Sounds annoying and unfortunately it is, for everyone. It's a pity if someone doesn't come and the flat remains free, although other guests would have liked to come.
In case of a cancellation up to 30 days before the holiday beginning, we calculate 50%, and 15 days before 100% of your total stay.

In case of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, we charge the entire booked stay.

To avoid unpleasant situations before your arrival and during your holidays, we recommend the travel insurance - HGV (Hoteliers Association South Tyrol).

Please note that we don't accept more persons in the apartments than provided or confirmed by us.

 
Unfortunately, domestic animals are not permitted, we ask for your understanding.

 
Local Tax of Euro€ 1,75.- per person and night for all guests over 14 year, this tax is not included in the price of your stay.
